Raw Surfaces guarantee all our products and the products we make we ourselves use in our own homes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all product purchases from us for your ease of mind. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return the products and receive a full refund. 

 

You must pay the costs of returning the products to us unless the product is found to be defective. Once we have received your returned products we will email you to confirm and your refund will be processed.
